CAMP BEGINS JUNE 3.

CHOOSE FROM 8 WEEK, 4 WEEK, WEEKLY, OR DAILY OPTIONS

Calling all HIGH SCHOOL athletes!

GET OUT AND START SUMMER BREAK WITH A FUN GROUP!

Goal: 8 Weeks to improve acceleration, top end speed, change of direction, power and overall strength.

Measured through an entrance and exit test consisting of the following:

Max vertical jump, broad jump, 10 yard time, max velocity sprint on treadmill, 5-10-5, trap bar deadlift, and front squat

When: Mon, Wed, Fri 1:15-3:45 pm

Where: CrossFit SoCoWho: High-School Ages 13-18

Dates: June 3rd - July 26th

Maximum 20 Athletes

Payment Options:

8 weeks Paid in Full: $205

4 Weeks Paid in Full: $115
