Calling all HIGH SCHOOL athletes!
Goal: 8 Weeks to improve acceleration, top end speed, change of direction, power and overall strength.
Measured through an entrance and exit test consisting of the following:
Max vertical jump, broad jump, 10 yard time, max velocity sprint on treadmill, 5-10-5, trap bar deadlift, and front squat
When: Mon, Wed, Fri 1:15-3:45 pm
Where: CrossFit SoCoWho: High-School Ages 13-18
Dates: June 3rd - July 26th
